We stand behind our work

Every repair at Snappee Auto Care is backed by a real warranty on both parts and labor. Here's exactly what that means — in plain language.

Labor warranty (workmanship)

30 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first.

This covers the workmanship performed by Snappee Auto Care on your repair. If something we did isn't right, bring it back and we'll make it right.

Parts warranty

6 months, or the manufacturer's warranty — whichever provides greater coverage.

Many quality parts carry manufacturer warranties longer than 6 months; when they do, you get the longer coverage.

What the warranty doesn't cover

The warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and does not cover abuse, accidents, unrelated failures, misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

How to make a warranty claim

Call us at (214) 956-8040 or stop by the shop with your invoice. We'll inspect the repair, explain what we find, and take care of anything covered — you approve any work before it begins, always.
