Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Snappee Auto Care LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Snappee Auto Care LLC provides automotive repair and maintenance services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Appointments
Booking
- Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person
- We will confirm all appointments via email, phone, or SMS
- Walk-ins are welcome but may experience longer wait times
Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
- Repeated no-shows may affect future booking privileges
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are estimates until work is completed and inspected
- Additional work requires customer approval before proceeding
- Payment is due upon completion of services
- We accept cash, credit cards, and financing options
- A deposit may be required for certain services or parts orders
Warranty
We stand behind our work with a warranty on parts and labor. Specific warranty terms vary by service and will be provided at the time of service. Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Work performed by other shops after our service
- Parts supplied by the customer
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate vehicle information
- Disclose known vehicle issues and history
- Remove personal valuables from your vehicle
- Maintain valid insurance on your vehicle
- Pick up your vehicle within 3 days of service completion
Liability
While we take great care with your vehicle, Snappee Auto Care LLC is not responsible for:
- Loss or damage to personal items left in vehicles
- Pre-existing damage not documented at intake
- Damage occurring from test drives or parking (covered by our insurance)
- Consequential damages from vehicle failures
Parts and Supplies
- We use quality OEM and aftermarket parts
- Customer-supplied parts may void our warranty
- Parts pricing is subject to market availability
- Core charges apply to certain parts
Vehicle Storage
- Completed vehicles must be picked up within 3 business days
- Storage fees may apply after 3 days
- Abandoned vehicles may be subject to lien laws
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Severability
